At its July 20, 2023, meeting, the Board of Commissioners of the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East, new Board member Deborah M. “Debbie” Settoon took her Oath of Office administered by fellow Commissioner Herbert Miller. Additionally, the board appointed St. Bernard Parish commissioner Clay Cosse as board president—a position he will serve in for a term of one year.
