Chilling Out and the Big Meal to Come

Let us take a lighter note this week in my column. The first breath of cool to almost cold air finally hit this past week. If I had to guess, fall is here. Now the leaves have not turned like the beautiful northeast, but some are beginning to fall. The pecan trees are dropping what few nuts developed with the extreme summer drought.
